individual coaching is tailored to your needs, usually in a series of 3,6 or 10 sessions, either face-to-face or on Zoom

Kimberley specialises where the challenges of infrastructure builds, nature, net zero & climate risk hit the practicality of implementation.
Kimberley is a Non-Executive Director of CS Energy, Chair of Southern Queensland Landscapes and Non-Executive Director of Natural Resource Management Regions Queensland.
As an independent strategic advisor, leadership facilitator and executive coach she serves government and private sector organisations on energy transition, nature, climate risk, community engagement and infrastructure topics.
She can work with you in three main ways:

Riffle Advisory can help build leaders and systems that work together to transform implementation at scale.
Kimberley serves as Program Director of the UQ-Oxford Transformative Project Leaders Program, an immersive six month journey delivered in Brisbane and Oxford.
Kimberley has ‘stood up’ whole of government transformations from scratch; guided clients in their own transformation set ups, and designed ‘best of breed’ approaches to large scale land use planning; long term sustainability planning, and how whole countries can transform their economies & societies to achieve net zero.

Kimberley Swords established Riffle Advisory after a long career in government and in advisory with Nous Group and McKinsey & Company.
